Yes, you get an invoice for your stay. I let the apartments privately, so no VAT is shown on it. It's best to check with your accounts department beforehand whether your company can book it that way.
Can I rent a room in Erkner like in a guesthouse?
The house used to be known as Pension Weiß. Today I let the three furnished apartments directly, with no booking portal fee – for one night, a week or several months.
Is Erkner also a good base for jobs in Fürstenwalde or Rüdersdorf?
Yes. Erkner is centrally located east of Berlin. Rüdersdorf is around 18 minutes away, Fürstenwalde about 20 minutes – a good starting point for assembly jobs across the whole region.
Is there Wi-Fi and a parking space?
Yes, both free of charge. The Wi-Fi covers the whole house and is good enough for video calls home, and there are four parking spaces in front of the house – including for a van.
What is the minimum number of nights?
One night. Many contractors stay during the week and leave at the weekend – that's no problem at all.
