What's included in the price

With temporary housing, the utility bill is often hidden in the small print. Here there isn't one: the price per person per night is the total price.

  • Electricity, water and heating
  • Wi-Fi, free and with no data limit
  • Bed linen and towels, beds freshly made on arrival
  • Final cleaning – no extra bill when you move out
  • Parking right at the house and space for bikes
  • Fully equipped kitchen with its own crockery

What isn't possible here

This is here so you know before you enquire, not afterwards. If you need any of these things, you'll be better off elsewhere.

  • I don't offer residence registration (Anmeldung) at this address
  • No open-ended tenancy agreement – the apartment is let for a limited period
  • No pets, and no smoking anywhere in the house
  • No furniture of your own: the apartments are fully furnished

What the apartments are mostly used for

  • A new job in Berlin or Brandenburg, before you've found a place of your own
  • A project or installation job lasting several weeks
  • Bridging the gap during renovation, building work or a move
  • A second home for the working week, back home at weekends

Temporary housing in Erkner – frequently asked questions

How long can I rent for?
From one night up to several months. For longer stays I offer a monthly rate – just tell me your dates.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. The beds are made up, the kitchen is equipped, towels are provided and Wi-Fi is included. You move in without any furniture of your own.
Is there a deposit?
There's no booking portal fee and no hotel set-up – you rent directly from the host. I'll go through the terms with you when you enquire.
How quickly can I get to Berlin?
The S3 runs every ten minutes from Erkner station; it's around 35 minutes to Berlin Ostkreuz. You get to the station on the bus that stops opposite the driveway – on foot it's about 20 minutes.
