How far is it to the Flakensee?
Around five minutes on foot. Erkner lies between several lakes and the woods – great for a day at the lake, a walk along the shore or a bike ride.
How do I get from Erkner to Berlin?
On S-Bahn line S3, which starts in Erkner. It's around 35 minutes to Berlin Ostkreuz. The bus that stops opposite the driveway takes you to the station; on foot it's about 20 minutes. You won't need a car for a day in Berlin.
How many people are the apartments suitable for?
The compact room with a kitchenette is for one or two, the apartment with four single beds sleeps up to four. The two-room apartment of 40 square metres sleeps up to five: four in single beds, one on the corner sofa in the living area. If you're coming as a larger group, you can ask for several apartments together.
Is there a garden and somewhere to barbecue?
Yes. The house has a garden and a barbecue – on warm evenings the nicest place to be after a day at the lake or in Berlin.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking right at the house, plus space for bikes. You won't have to hunt for a space in Erkner, or pay for one in Berlin.
How much does a holiday apartment in Erkner cost?
